Return Policy
Q: Can I return the bed once I receive it?
A: If you receive your bed and have not opened the vacuum seal packaging you are eligible for a refund. If you have opened the vacuum seal, given the inability to repackage you are not eligible for a refund. Please measure our beds in your home prior to receiving to ensure you are comfortable with the size before opening.
Q: What if there is an issue with the bed once I open the vacuum seal?
A: For any true manufacturing defects you will be covered under a warranty. This warranty is specific to manufacturing defects and does not include normal wear and tear of the bed.
Shipping
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently we ship within Canada & the USA
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Your shipping will be calculated at checkout, we do our absolute best to offer low shipping costs and are constantly researching to find cheaper solutions for shipping larger sized cartons!
Unboxing
Q: Why does my bed look flat?
A: Due to vacuum sealing our beds take up to 48hrs to fully inflate like the photos you have seen us post. They're ready for use immediately but will fill themselves out in time!
Washing & Care
Q: How do I wash my bed?
A: Our covers are removable and machine washable, you can wash your bed cover and waterproof lining in the washing machine. We recommend to wash the covers on a cold wash and lay flat to dry.
Donations
Q: Where do the donations go?
A: Our donations go directly to local dog rescue centers and shelters here in Canada. We share back with our community pictures and stories of the dogs that we together have supported through our donations. To date we have raised $2600 in donations and have donated to the below rescue centers.
Barneys Furry Friends - We coverd a boarding fee for a euth listed dog named 'Frodo' who is now adopted and living in the PNW.
Northern Hope Dog Rescue - We covered the initial vet exams, vaccinations, flea, lice & mange treatments
Adoptable Rescue Pups - We covered training for Max, Apollo & Malcom who were three euth listed pups now living in the PNW
